Can I trust you?
You don`t have to trust us you can trust our reviews. Read them here.

Should we book the tours prior to arrival?
Some of the tours fill up so it is good to book them prior to arrival.

What happens after we make a reservation?
We will send you a confirmation right away and receipt of payment. The confirmation will have all the details of the tour and if you have any questions we are only a email or phone call away.

What if we find a tour for less expensive on another website?
If you find the exact tour advertised online for lower price than what we offer we will match the price of the tour. The tour must be with the same vendor to qualify.

Do your tours provide transportation?
Yes all of our tours include transportation to and from the activity.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept all major credit and debit cards AMEX, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.

Do you have insurance?
Yes we carry insurance and all of the tour providers we work with carry the required insurance.

What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?
Each tour is different and has a different policy. You can read the policy regarding rain on each individual tour.

Do you require a deposit and cancellation policy?
Yes we require a 25% deposit on all tours that are more than 3 days out and 100% deposit if less than 3 days. We offer full refund on tours that are cancelled more than 3 days out and no refund on tours less than 3 days out.

Do your tour guides speak English?
Yes all of our guides are bilingual and speak English and Spanish.

What should we bring on our tours?
Each tour has a what to bring list. We recommend to always bring sunscreen and a camera.

Do you offer group discounts or multiple tour discounts?
Yes we have specials and discounts available on our website and if you would like to customize your group tour please call us directly toll free at 844-800-5226.

Should we tip or is it included?
Gratuity is not included, nor is it required. However, if you feel that your guides did a wonderful job, tipping would be appropriate and is greatly appreciated. A fairly standard tip for a deserving guide could be 5-10 dollars per person.

What happens if we are not satisfied with the Tour?
Please contact us right away so we can resolve any issue you had on the tour. We will make sure to resolve the issue so that you leave happy.
